Dobre Kadry (Poland) - COORDINATOR

Dobre Kadry was established in 2006 specialising in in IT and language training dedicated to people with extensive professional experience. It also deals with soft skills, including coping with stress or preventing burnout. Training is offered in marketing, finance and data analysis. So far, the centre has provided training to over 2,500 adults. The subject of the special efforts are adults from disadvantaged groups, mainly people with disabilities and people from older age groups. From the beginning, the centre has been operating on the Lower Silesian labour market and obtains funds from external funds for the implementation of projects supporting people from the indicated target groups.

Larnaka 2030 was established in 2022 with the aim to organize and manage Larnaka’s candidacy for the title of the European Capital of Culture (ECoC) 2030. Larnaka 2030’s mission is to develop the vision for a long – term sustainable cultural development for the city of Larnaka, through: the empowerment of local artists, cultural workers and cultural democracy; the development of a better understanding of Europe, our common European cultural heritage and common challenges; the promotion of equality and equal access to culture for all the diverse communities and groups; the promotion of environmental sustainability, environmental consciousness and green practices.

Hellenic Institute of Sign Language "Communication Bridges" (Greece)

Communication Bridges is a non-profit association established in 2004 with the aim to develop effective communication between hearing society and Deaf community by providing knowledge about sign language and social values, as well as creating new interaction/innovation programs, and a base for Sign Language Interpreting Services. Furthermore, the Institute’s team is working on raising awareness to society and to professionals, as well as to empower Deaf people to be active and equal in all aspects of social life. The Institute’s main purpose is to demonstrate good practice to hearing people and offer alternative approaches of communication to eliminate social discrimination and marginalization of Deaf people.

The Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wroclaw - WAAD (Poland)

WAAD is a public higher education institution established in 1946, offering 13 full-time bachelor’s and master’s programs, part-time studies, a double degree with a Japanese university, and four postgraduate courses. Accredited by NASAD, it also runs a Doctoral School. The Academy prioritizes inclusivity, integrating disability awareness into its curriculum through courses like “Responsible Design” and “Empathic Design.” WAAD actively promotes accessibility and inclusion through teaching, projects, and workshops, encouraging students and staff to address the needs of people with disabilities. These efforts are reflected in academic programs, research initiatives, and a strong commitment to creating socially responsible design solutions.
